I am more of a card kind of person, I hardly ever do layouts....but I just had to try out what I learnt from Extending the background with Mandy Dodd at Yvonne's blog. And what fun it turned out to be......this has to be one of the most fun projects I've done in a long time.....
The layout features my parents on Ram Ghat at Ujjain on a beautiful sunny afternoon. I've extended the stairs at the bottom with some gray handmade paper, I've even extended the stairs and the temples with some sketching (please forgive my feeble attempts at sketching :( ). Finally added some hand cut clouds, a felt sun and some leaves to complete the scene.....
