Quilled Diwali Cards

Diwali, the most important festival in the Hindu calendar falls on 17th October this year. Diwali or Deepavali is known as the festival of lights. Diyas (cotton-like string wicks inserted in small clay pots filled with oil) are lit—to signify victory of good over evil.I made a Diwali card with this week’s card patterns sketch. It didn’t come out too great and I did not have time to redo it :(.Here is another Diwali card that I made. I quilled the diya and used 3-D outliners to create the glow of the flame
